Second Class Stamp Price Increase 2024. This was the second 2024 postage stamp price hike, following an earlier price increase on april 2nd, 2024. Royal mail has announced it will increase stamp prices by 10p (13 cents) from april 2, with first class rising to £1.35 (us$1.72) and second class increasing to 85p (us$1.08).
From 2 april 2024, the price of first class stamps will increase by 10p to £1.35 and the price of second. On october 7th, 2024, first class stamps and some other postage services were increased in price.
